Reservation & prices
We ideally rent the house and the pigeonnier together. If you only rent the house, the pigeonnier will not be rented. We can receive a maximum of 15 people, a maximum of 10 in the house and 5 in the pigeonnier. Le moulinot is a perfect address if you are on holiday with different families, or to celebrate something with your family and your parents. In the spring and autumn it is ideal for several couples or friends who come on a wine and culinary holiday or who want to discover the castles and culture of this beautiful region. We are happy to help with tips! Are you throwing a party, there are very good caterers and home cooks around. In July and August we rent from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 9 am. Included in the rental price:
- the beds are made upon arrival
- bath towels and kitchen towels
- fiber wifi
- electricity, water, gas consumption
- polyester canoe for 3 p
- 7 bicycles (big and small)
- basic products in the kitchen and feel free to pick in the herb garden and in the orchard. Exclusive rental price:
- obligatory final cleaning: 150 euros for the house, 75 euros for the pigeonnier.
- tourist tax: 2.5% of the rental price, with a maximum of € 1.60 per adult person per night (children < 18 years exempt)
- pool and beach towels
Guarantee:
- 500 euro
Reservation and payment conditions:
- upon reservation: pay 25% of the amount
- you pay the remaining amount (including the deposit) at the latest 4 weeks before arrival
Accessibility
Easily accessible by car: /- 930 km from Brussels.
Bergerac airport is a 25-minute drive and there are regular flights to and from Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, East-Midlands, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester & Southampton.
Flights to Bordeaux and Toulouse are alternatives. (Bordeaux Mérignac is 1.5 hours away, Toulouse Blagnac is 2 hours away).
